The doors open at 11:30 am for networking with the luncheon program beginning at noon. The CW Chamber welcome's President of Regence BlueCross BlueSheild, Don Antonucci to speak on the future of Health Insurance: Access, Cost, Quality and Lifestyle. He directs and guides statewide operations and market performance while representing and promoting Regence in business and civic arenas throughout the state.
