He will explain how each age generation has different learning styles, leadership practices, networking strategies and Meeting Management expectations.
We live in a changing society, with a workforce made up of Baby Boomers, Millennials and GenX-ers in between. Each Generation of the U.S. brings a different perspective to the job every day. The Baby Boomers are work-centric, while the Millennials are all about teamwork, and Gen X is skeptical of everyone. Our speaker, Peter Anderson is a Gen Xer and will brings his unique brand of skepticism in dealing with the Generations of US. We’ll hear about the different approaches it takes to bring the workforce to a cohesive group, with some interactive dialogue thrown into the mix.
