DOC HARRIS STADIUM GRAND OPENING

The Grand Re-opening is set for Friday, September 17th when the Camas High School football team hosts Columbia River High School. There will be many festivities taking place. A halftime presentation will bring the Camas Athletic Hall of Fame onto the feild with the Camas High School Band, Cheerleaders and Dancers.

A statue of Arthur "Doc" Harris, created by artist Lee Hunt of Portland, will be placed in the courtyard entrance to the new stadium.

About the Stadium: Wtih the remodel, the stadium is now about three times the size. It is 12,078 sq feet. There is an elevator and ramps for wheelchair accessibility to the main concourse, plus a press box.
