Johnson will focus her presentation on how the awareness of one's own values\, perceptions\, and culture can enhance interpersonal communication\, workforce relationships\, and customer service.\n\nLeann has led the development of a variety of programs and projects including the Clark County Diversity Task Force and Diversity Summit Events\, the Community Outreach Project (COP) for the Vancouver Police Department\, and the Diversity Institute\, Southwest Washington's first series of courses on multicultural and diversity.
