DESCRIPTION:Learn and Master the Generational Differences in Your Workplace at the Final Luncheon of the Season Please join the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce for the final luncheon of the season on Thursday\, June 17th. Doors open at 11:30 for networking with the program beginning at noon. The Chamber holds luncheons every September to June\, breaking for Summer while the Chamber operates Camas Days\, the biggest festival in East Clark County. To attend this luncheon please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance\, as we pre order lunches. $15 for members\, $20 for non-members.  We welcome Peter Anderson as the keynote speaker from The AndersonAdvantange speaking group. His topic will focus on the Generational Differences in the workplace. He will explain how each age generation has different learning styles\, leadership practices\, networking strategies and Meeting Management expectations. We live in a changing society\, with a workforce made up of Baby Boomers\, Millennials and GenX-ers in between. Each Generation of the U.S. brings a different perspective to the job every day. The Baby Boomers are work-centric\, while the Millennials are all about teamwork\, and Gen X is skeptical of everyone. Our speaker\, Peter Anderson is a Gen Xer and will brings his unique brand of skepticism in dealing with the Generations of US. We'll hear about the different approaches it takes to bring the workforce to a cohesive group\, with some interactive dialogue thrown into the mix.\nPeter Anderson is a Washington native\, currently living in Washougal. Outside of his speaking activities\, Peter is involved in Lions Clubs International\, various boards and committees for the city\, and hiking the great trails of the Pacific Northwest.
