DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Thursday\, January 15th for our Chamber Luncheon Event. The doors open at 11:30 am for networking opportunities and the program will begin at noon. The fee is $15 at the door for members and $17 for member guests and prospective members. Please RSVP at least 24 hours before as we pre-order lunches.The Luncheon's guest presenter is Jason Robertson\, Vice-President of Barney & Worth\, Inc. a 30-year-old strategic planning and communications consulting firm with office in Portland\, Salem and Olympia.  Mr. Robertson will share his observations on current and future economic conditions\, and discuss opportunities and challenges associated with downtown investment based on the experience of peer Pacific Northwest communities.Mr. Robertson's areas of expertise include community and economic development\, visioning and policy formulation.  His work with public clients has been recognized by the Oregon League of Cities (Good Governance Award)\, International Association for Public Participation (Project of the Year)\, Association of State Economic Development Agencies (Research Award)\, US Forest Service (Action Project of the Year)\, Puget Sound Regional Council (Vision 2020 Award) and others.Locally\, Mr. Robertson served as lead consultant for the Downtown Camas Vision and Implementation Plan.  Mr. Robertson earned his Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Oregon.
